Randy Balderas is the Founder and Principal of Intelligent Risk Advisors, specializing in transportation and oilfield operations. Before launching the firm, he spent five years in commercial property insurance protecting large real estate portfolios, building expertise in complex risk design. Raised in South Texas around oilfield service businesses, Randy brings firsthand industry knowledge to the clients he serves. He structures practical, field-ready coverage solutions for trucking fleets, hot-oil operators, wireline operators, and other high-risk exposures.

Quinten Henry

Quinten Henry is an Accountant at Intelligent Risk Advisors, responsible for managing financial operations, tax strategy, and ensuring full compliance across the business. A graduate of Angelo State University with a degree in Accounting, he brings three years of public accounting experience, working on everything from multi-state payroll to complex deductions. Quinten focuses on keeping the financial side predictable, accurate, and stress-free so clients and the team never face surprises during tax season or audits. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.
Jeffery Rea
Senior Advisor & Marketing Manager
Jeffery Rea brings over 40 years of commercial insurance experience, primarily within the Energy Industry. Beginning his career in 1985, he earned multiple industry recognitions, including Aetna’s “Rookie of the Year” and Texas Mutual’s “Top Producer Award.” As former President of West Texas Insurance Exchange, he led operations across the Permian Basin before selling the agency in 2019. Jeff provides seasoned leadership, deep carrier relationships, and long-standing industry insight to Intelligent Risk Advisors.
