Raised in South Texas around oilfield service businesses, Randy brings firsthand industry knowledge to the clients he serves, helping structure practical coverage solutions for trucking fleets, hot-oil operators, wireline operators, and other high-risk exposures.

Jeffery Rea brings over 40 years of commercial insurance experience, primarily within the Energy Industry. Beginning his career in 1985, he earned multiple industry recognitions, including Aetna’s “Rookie of the Year” and Texas Mutual’s “Top Producer Award.” As former President of West Texas Insurance Exchange, he led operations across the Permian Basin before selling the agency in 2019. Jeff provides seasoned leadership, deep carrier relationships, and long-standing industry insight to Intelligent Risk Advisors.
